I grew up singing in our church choir but wanting to play drums. It was always drums. And in second grade, my passion for rhythm was met with a hand-me-down “keep it down” trumpet instead. In college I bought my first kit and started a band. Somehow one kit turned into two, and two turned into four guitars, twelve synthesizers, a home studio and decades of cherished memories.
